Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and resolve customer service inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Generate qualified sales leads and nurture them into new customer accounts.
- Identify and accurately assess customer needs to ensure their complete satisfaction with our products and services.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, clear, and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their overall experience with Hearing Solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or prior experience as a client service representative.
- A track record of over-achieving quotas is a significant plus.
- Strong phone contact handling skills coupled with active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Possess a strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond effectively to different customer personalities and situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and Bhojpuri.
- Qualification: Minimum of +2 (12th Grade) or Graduate.
