
Service Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic support associate. Key responsibilities include:
1. Responding promptly to student inquiries through various channels.
2. Providing accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures.
3. Proactively reaching out to students to understand and address their concerns.
4. Addressing and resolving student complaints and concerns.
5. Staying up-to-date with course offerings, updates, and promotions.
6. Collaborating closely with the product team to address gaps based on student feedback.
7. Providing regular updates to students about the status of their inquiries or issues.
8. Efficiently managing workload and prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and response times.
9. Keeping accurate records of student interactions, issues, and resolutions.
10. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
11. Ensuring adherence to company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations.
12. Being prepared to handle crisis situations or service disruptions following established protocols and communication procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
Excellent English communication (both written and spoken)
