Global Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate with 3-6 years of experience to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation. The associate must have a deep understanding of core accounting principles and a proven ability to use a consultative sales approach to build relationships and close new client deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting strategies to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and nurture leads through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  • Analyzing clients' needs and offering customized solutions that align with our firm's service offerings, including accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services, with a strong track record of success.
  • A deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to business development, with a focus on delivering measurable results and driving growth.
