About the Role:

">Monitoring server performance is a key aspect of this role. This includes tracking CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters on a regular schedule. Any performance issues that exceed thresholds should be reported to the relevant teams promptly. Scheduled tasks are also monitored to ensure they run successfully; rerunning tasks as necessary if there are failures. Technical errors should be communicated to the L2/L3 teams for resolution. The job involves monitoring email, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets, updating them with initial responses where appropriate, and gathering further details from business/end users or other teams when required. In some cases, reproducing the issue in a testing environment may be necessary to provide input to L2 team members. Validating issue fixes in an internal testing environment based on customer inputs is also part of this role.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">• Proven experience in customer-facing roles for more than 3 years is essential. • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing application or infrastructure support at the L1 level is also required. • Experience working with SailPoint or IAM systems is highly advantageous. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in handling customer queries and providing support within defined SLAs, are necessary. • Ability to handle customer-related queries on system functionality and provide required support is critical. • Experience with customer issue-based validation is also required. • Strong technical background in Java, scripting, and other programming languages would be beneficial.">
