Job Details:

The role requires a University graduate with a degree in IT or related discipline who has hands-on experience in IBM iSeries system development, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.

We need a candidate with expertise in IBM iSeries RPGLE, CLLE programming, and ILE (Integrated Language Environment), as well as solid experience in application design, development, and testing.

A strong understanding of DB2 for iSeries (SQL optimization, stored procedures, data modeling) and familiarity with iSeries operating systems (OS/400) and system tools are also essential.

Solid experience with iSeries system integration technologies (e.g. API, MQ, XML, FTP) is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should be experienced in Agile software development methodology and DevSecOps technologies such as CI/CD and set of tools like Jenkins, Ansible, G3 etc.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven based on direction from global teams.

Effective English writing and communication skills are required.

Custody domain knowledge is desired but not mandatory.

Familiarity with Java/Python for hybrid application development will be advantageous.
