Enterprise Risk Manager Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks, as well as strong knowledge of control frameworks and the ability to design and evaluate their effectiveness within business processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management Framework Development: Prepare and implement an ERM framework that addresses enterprise-wide risks and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Internal Control System Design: Develop and maintain a robust internal control system that identifies, evaluates, and mitigates control weaknesses and deficiencies.
  • Risk Registers and Reporting: Maintain accurate Risk Registers (RCSA) and provide regular reports to stakeholders on key risks and mitigation measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution. Preferred certifications include FRM, CFA, CBCP, and similar qualifications.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations.
