Treasury Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the dynamics of a portfolio's financing structure, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement end-to-end processes for margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure management.
  • Collaborate with clients to onboard new business by gathering requirements and showcasing capabilities.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, articulating the scope of offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with technology teams on special projects and product implementation.
  • Oversee Treasury and Cash Management operations to ensure optimal liquidity and funding strategies.
  • Manage Collateral and Liquidity positions to support trading and risk management activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury with in-depth finance knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data sources like Reuters, Bloomberg, Markit, and Margin Calls.
  • Understanding of Treasury/Cash Management and Collateral/Liquidity Management.
  • Proven track-record of handling projects and improving processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral/written communications skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take on additional operational tasks.
