Job Title: Practice Lead Data

Overview

This is a high-level leadership position that oversees the delivery of client engagements across various portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that critical projects receive priority attention and allocating resources efficiently to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Delivery Management: Provide leadership and manage delivery across various client engagements, prioritizing accounts and customer value to ensure critical projects receive priority attention.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including budget, personnel, and technology, across the portfolio.
  • Project Tracking and Progress Reporting: Track project progress, regularly reviewing status against timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks that could impact the portfolio and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to project execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service level obligations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Portfolio wide Performance Metrics and Analysis: Use effective KPIs to measure success and impact of projects within the portfolio.
  • Optimize Resource Utilization: Monitor resource usage to avoid overallocation or underutilization, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Risk Management - Proactively identify potential risks.
  • Effective Communication framework with all Stakeholders.
