- Assist Senior Portfolio Managers in maintaining and improving complex portfolio investment models.
- Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections and IRR calculations.
- Evaluate and clarify investor requests, offering alternative solutions.
- Review and drive workflows independently, providing guidance to team members.
- Identify opportunities to centralize, eliminate, or automate activities, optimizing the reporting process.
- MBA/CA/CFA with financial markets understanding (a plus).
- 4-7 years of prior experience in Financial Services and/or Real Estate firm preferred.
- Highly analytical mindset, advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint, and prior experience in Tableau and SQL (a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
