About the Role:

  • This position involves managing a portfolio of EMEA Corporate clients and conducting in-depth analysis of borrowers and industries.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including GCIB bankers, Product partners, and Credit approvers, to optimize risk and return on lending opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings according to the bank's credit processes and procedures.
  • Covenant checks and periodic monitoring reports.
  • Preparation of sector reports and event-based stress tests for the portfolio as necessary.
  • Supporting Relationship Managers and Senior Credit Analysts with ad-hoc requests related to new transactions or portfolio reviews.
  • Audit management, including internal and external audits.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in fundamental corporate analysis, preferably in a bank, asset manager, or rating agency environment.
  • Strong motivation to work in a transaction-driven environment.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience after Post Graduation (CA/CFA/MBA Finance or equivalent).

Functional / Technical Competencies:

  • Experience covering EMEA Large Corporates.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and key credit protections.
  • Understanding of market risk and ISDA documents preferred.
  • Bloomberg/CapIQ skills beneficial.
