Business Development Manager & Agency Sales Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager & Agency Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of financial consultants, achieving business targets through effective planning and execution, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role involves identifying market opportunities, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and managing a team, strong planning and execution skills, excellent market analysis and lead generation skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of insurance products and compliance regulations, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in the insurance industry is highly valued.
