Leadership Opportunity in Industrial Engineering

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to drive our organization's next phase of growth. The successful candidate will oversee the enterprise Profit and Loss (P&L) and spearhead market expansion, building a predictable order book and modernizing manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering, with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results. They should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capital expenditure deployment.

As CEO, you will be responsible for driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large contracts in Oil & Gas or heavy engineering. You will also oversee financial management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

In addition, the successful candidate will lead the development of a high-performance culture with clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will build a strong leadership bench and represent the organization with customers, partners, and industry bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end P&L and value creation, setting strategy and delivering outcomes.
  • Take ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG.
  • Drive market expansion in Oil & Gas and new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure), building channel/partner ecosystems.
  • Build a high-performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench.
  • Represent the company with customers, JV/tech partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies.
Requirements
  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large contracts in Oil & Gas or heavy engineering.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + MBA/PGDM desirable.
