  • Develop pricing strategies and models for our P&C insurance products.
  • Assess risks and evaluate pricing adequacy through large dataset analysis.
  • Conduct research and perform competitive analysis to stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Present actuarial findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Calculate indicated rate, project losses to ultimate using various methodologies, trend analysis, etc.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, product managers, and other departments to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals.
  • Support in the development of pricing tools, models, and analytical tools to streamline pricing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, statistics.
  • Affiliation to IAI or IFOA, with 2-6 CT actuarial exams will be an added advantage.
  • 3-5 years Actuarial experience in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Strong pricing experience including filings and filings support.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, SAS, and other relevant tools for data analysis and modeling.
