Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop IT Specialist to join our team. As a Desktop IT Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner. You will also respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience with desktop hardware, software, and operating systems. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
