Virtual Desktop Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Desktop Specialist to design and manage cutting-edge virtual desktop environments, ensuring optimal performance and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage virtual desktop environments for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment and integration of virtual solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of virtual desktops to ensure high availability and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual desktop services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on virtual desktop best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in virtual desktop administration.
  • Strong understanding of virtual desktop architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for automation of virtual services.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services and integration with virtual desktops.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs and firewalls, as they relate to virtual environments.
  • Familiarity with identity management solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
