Our organization seeks a highly motivated and creative marketing professional to drive our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will lead all planning, project management, and execution for campaigns to enhance awareness, customer engagement, and sales across digital and offline channels.

  • Drive campaign execution by collaborating with various teams and agencies to develop promotional strategies and product positioning.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote food products across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots as needed for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning.
  • Identify and manage agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Engage with influencers and content creators to boost product reach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent execution, timeline management, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of current food and dining trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
