Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Brand Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive sales objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and allocate resources to maximize marketing budget efficiency.
  • Design and implement media campaigns across various channels, focusing on lead generation and brand building.
  • Enhance digital brand presence through SEO, PPC, content creation, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns, cross-promotions, and events for car launches and company activities.
  • Establish strategic partnerships via luxury event sponsorships and brand collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to discuss enquiry targets, feedback, and achievement of objectives.
  • Submit regular marketing plans to management for approval.
  • Provide support to the sales team to generate quality enquiries aligned with sales objectives.
  • Manage vendor/marketing agency relationships and contractual/commercial arrangements.
  • Optimize marketing activities mix based on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a customer database and conduct loyalty and customer care activities.
  • Execute emailer/SMS campaigns regularly.
  • Review overall marketing performance and effectiveness on key parameters.
  • Research and track competitor and co-dealer marketing activities.
  • Assume responsibility for training and advanced training of marketing employees.
  • Motivate marketing employees.
  • Model brand-compatible employee behavior.
  • Ensure marketing activities align with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze market potential, market presence, and market utilization.
  • Develop periodic marketing plans, reviewing actual vs planned targets.
  • Act as single point of contact with the marketing team.

  • Ability to analyze complex consumer, marketing, and competitor data.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
