Key Position Summary:

This position is a vital component of the hotel's marketing strategy, responsible for enhancing its image and reputation among the general public, customers, and the local community.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the hotel's services and facilities
  • Coordinate and execute communication strategies for hotel activities, promotions, sales, catering, etc., in collaboration with all operating departments
  • Maintain a professional image of the hotel across all mainstream platforms and ensure seamless interactions with guests
  • Establish effective relationships with local media outlets and publications to enhance the hotel's marketing presence

The successful incumbent should possess at least 5 years of experience in marketing and public relations roles within international brand hotels. They must also demonstrate expertise in advertising media planning, creative writing skills, and organizational abilities.
