Job Title: Brand Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Brand Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, crafting press releases, and overseeing agency and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager/PR Manager with creative agencies, luxury, entertainment, or hospitality. They should also have experience managing public relations and media purchasing, brand collaborations, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting compelling press releases and media kits to showcase company products and services.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive media strategies to increase brand visibility and credibility.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers.

  • Managing agency and vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality services.

  • Identifying and negotiating brand sponsorships and collaborations to align with marketing objectives.

  • Coordinating participation and sponsorships of industry events to maximize brand exposure and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager/PR Manager with creative agencies, luxury, entertainment, or hospitality.

  • Experience managing public relations and media purchasing.

  • Experience with brand collaborations.

  • Experience with collaborations with content creators and key opinion leaders.

  • Experience in identifying and participating in industry events.

  • Proficient communication skills in English.

  • Experience with managing brand sponsorships.

  • Proficiency in using office tools.

  • Experience with social media management and branding is a plus.
