The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing influencer partnerships across various social media platforms to amplify brand reach and influence.
  • Sourcing and maintaining a diverse network of influencers to align with our target audience and values, ensuring maximum campaign impact.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Managing influencer relationships, including negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance tracking to optimize campaign results.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights to inform future campaign decisions.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A robust existing database of influencers (micro, macro) across various industries and social media platforms.
  • A proven track record of executing influencer marketing campaigns with significant success.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices for influencer collaborations.
