At Flute, we're building a fast-growing platform where consultants and users connect in real time. Now, we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can build strong creator relationships, negotiate impactful collaborations, and lead reel-based campaigns that take Flute to millions of users.

What You'll Do

  • Identify & connect with relevant influencers (micro, mid-tier & top creators)
  • Pitch Flute's story and value proposition with confidence
  • Negotiate collaborations, pricing, deliverables & timelines
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (especially reels/shorts)
  • Collaborate with our marketing & creative teams
  • Track campaign performance, measure ROI & suggest improvements
  • Stay on top of influencer marketing & short-form content trends

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Solid negotiation skills to close win-win deals
  • Experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management, or brand partnerships (internships/freelance count too)
  • Passion for short-form content (IG Reels, YT Shorts) & digital culture
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations
