Acropink is a creative marketing agency shaping impactful brand stories through strategy, design, and digital innovation. We're looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and lead influencer-led campaigns for lifestyle, F&B, and hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand presence.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with brand objectives.
  • Negotiate collaborations and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end — from briefing, content approvals, and posting to performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, new platforms, and digital innovations.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and social media teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1–2 years) in influencer marketing, preferably with an agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative thinking and passion for digital culture.
