Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Relations Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Handling: Ensure smooth interaction with potential customers through digital response-based lead handling.

  • Tele-calling Script Adherence: Follow established tele-calling scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
  • Data Recording: Accurately record details of all customer interactions as per required format, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications is essential for documenting leads and managing tasks.
