The role will drive strategic planning, execution, and oversight of Indian marketing programs for GF Piping Systems division. Responsibilities include developing and managing day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms, establishing go-to-market strategies, tracking and driving marketing leads, monitoring and analyzing program effectiveness, coordinating marketing activities with internal teams, managing events and trade shows, researching and recommending media partners and industry associations, supporting internal and external communications, and developing case studies and thought leadership stories.

Responsibilities also involve coordinating efforts with various stakeholders, including sales teams, product development teams, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and tactics.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be established to measure the success of marketing initiatives, and regular reporting and analysis will be conducted to inform future marketing decisions.

This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, as well as experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

A Master's degree in marketing or related field is required, along with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as effective interpersonal skills, well-developed organizing and time management skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time.
