Product Visionary

A forward-thinking professional is sought to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our platform. This individual will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers, meet regulatory requirements, and differentiate us in a competitive market.

  1. Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends in alternative investments. Conduct deep market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
  2. Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans. Prioritize and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation. Drive agile product development cycles and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
  3. Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle. Ensure seamless integration of products with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions.
  4. Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate. Own KPIs around customer acquisition, engagement, retention etc.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven expertise in fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments (e.g., HF, real estate, private credit, etc.).
    • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
    • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.
