Cloud Contact Center Specialist

Are you a cloud contact center specialist looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with AWS and Avaya Aura CC?

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Contact Center Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining CCP, including provisioning and management of Amazon Connect instances using the AWS Management Console.

You will also be working with Amazon CloudWatch to monitor and log performance and activity metrics, as well as AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) to manage user permissions and access control.

The ideal candidate will have experience with microservices integration, including AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions. You should also be familiar with Amazon Lex, Amazon Cognito, and Amazon Kinesis Data Streams.

In addition to these technical skills, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience with cloud contact centers, preferably with AWS and Avaya Aura CC
  • Experience with microservices integration, including AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions
  • Familiarity with Amazon Lex, Amazon Cognito, and Amazon Kinesis Data Streams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
