Position: Sales Manager_Data Center
Location: Noida
Requisites:
- 2-3 years of experience in data center, colocation, or IT infrastructure sales.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, cloud, and managed services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver technical sales presentations.
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hyperscale data centers and enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with data center security, compliance standards, and SLA agreements.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS, Azure, or data center-specific certifications).
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for data center solutions (colocation, managed services, cloud hosting, etc.).
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to close deals.
- Deliver exceptional post-sales support and ensure client retention.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Identify industry-specific opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for service improvement.
- Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage client interactions.
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, and marketing) to create customized solutions that address client needs.
- Present and pitch data center services to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
