About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Contact Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure smooth resolution.
- Generate leads, support client acquisition, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (professional) and Hindi (conversational/professional).
- Prior experience in customer support, telesales, or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
