- Analyze internal data and external trends to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and tracking systems to measure the performance of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Operate as an extension of the leadership team, managing priorities, preparing internal/board materials, and ensuring follow-through on key actions.
- Build predictive models to support hiring, client onboarding, and revenue growth planning.
- Support OKR planning cycles with data-driven goal setting.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years experience in business analytics, strategy, BizOps, or consulting roles.
- Proficient in GSheets/Excel, Notion databases, ClickUp, and HubSpot (or equivalent tools).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on turning data into decisions.
- Systems-thinker with a bias for clarity, visibility, and speed.
- Comfort working directly with founders in fast-moving, evolving environments.
