Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to execute projects with precision and manage them effectively. This involves ensuring timely implementation, aligning with project plans, and tracking quality delivery.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular field visits to monitor progress, fostering community involvement and ownership, and maintaining transparency and accountability in all project activities.

  • Project Execution and Management: 70%
  • Develop Partnerships and Advocacy: 30%

Key skills required for this position include good interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while producing high-quality outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences or any degree with NGO experience
  • 1+ years' experience in program implementation in the social sector
  • Good understanding of social and environmental concepts and methods
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi languages
