Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and successful stakeholder management. The Program Manager will provide strategic direction, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance to achieve business outcomes.

  • Define program objectives, roadmap, and success criteria in alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Develop program charters, business cases, and resource plans.
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources across projects.
  • Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and issues across projects.
  • Implement governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive adoption of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies as needed.
  • Engage with senior business leaders, clients, and sponsors to ensure expectations are managed.
  • Act as the escalation point for project managers and delivery teams.
  • Provide program-level reporting and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and cross-functional team leads.
  • Foster collaboration across technical, business, and support teams.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project programs in IT services or product environments.
  • Strong knowledge of program/project management frameworks (Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and governance.
