Program Coordinator Role Summary

We seek an experienced individual to oversee the successful implementation of Life Skills Programs at schools across AP and Telangana.

The ideal candidate will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program delivery.

Responsibilities include collaborating with content teams, overseeing program development, and ensuring successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Development and Implementation
    1. Work closely with the content team to develop high-quality programs, ensuring close involvement in creation, review, and sign-off.
    2. Oversee day-to-day activities with the content team and actively participate in content quality and program readiness.
    3. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on strategy and planning for workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  2. School Collaboration and Program Delivery
    1. Maintain open communication flow with all stakeholders for smooth functioning and program success.
    2. Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  3. Teacher Support and Training
    1. Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
    2. Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
  4. Data Collection and Reporting
    1. Collect data on program implementation and impact.
    2. Prepare reports for further action.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
  3. Strong understanding of child development and learning theory.
  4. Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.
Additional Desirable Skills:
  1. Experience in life skills education or related fields.
  2. Knowledge of the Indian education system.
