Program Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to oversee the successful implementation of our life skills programs at schools across Hyderabad.

  1. Program Development:
  • Work closely with content teams to ensure program quality and daily involvement in content creation and quality assurance.
  • Participate in strategy planning for multiple offerings, including workshops, seminars, and training programs for parents, teachers, and students.
  • Support marketing and operations strategies and roll-outs.
Program Implementation:
  • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones for smooth program delivery.
  • Ensure successful implementation by taking necessary decisions and actions as required for program success.
  • Establish open communication with stakeholders for smooth functioning and program success.
School Collaboration:
  • Presentation and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools for business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from school teachers and management.
  • Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during implementation.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery.
Program Delivery:
  • Roll out programs at schools for smooth delivery, especially high school programs.
  • Conduct classes for students as needed.
  • Train teachers as needed.
  • Host orientation programs for parents and teachers as needed.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by observing classes conducted by teachers.
  • Provide support on Learning Management System (LMS) including content management, timely first-level support to schools, and coordinate with LMS technical team for bug fixes and enhancements.
Teacher Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers.
Data Collection and Reporting:
  • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
  • Prepare reports for further action.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on feedback received.
Travel:
  • Be willing to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  3. Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.
  4. Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  5. 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
  6. Must be located in a commutable distance to Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in life skills education or related fields.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of the Indian education system.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).
