">Key Responsibilities:
As a Livelihood Program Manager, you will be responsible for implementing projects that promote entrepreneurship and economic growth among vulnerable communities. Your key responsibilities include developing detailed implementation plans and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
Some of the specific tasks you will perform include:
- Developing knowledge management products such as case studies, success stories, technical manuals, and booklets showcasing project impact.
- Establishing women-led Plastic Collection Centers and Collection Points within waste collector communities.
- Launching e-tricycle-based plastic waste collection initiatives for informal waste collectors.
- Implementing skill training initiatives and developing market linkages to ensure decent income opportunities for target groups.
- Forging partnerships with government bodies, private sector actors, and technical institutions for capacity building, technical and enterprise support.
- Collaborating with government departments, including state urban/rural livelihood missions.
- Establishing institutional linkages at the district level with banks, incubator/accelerator programs, retail outlets, and e-commerce platforms for financial and marketing support.
- Organizing entrepreneurship awareness and development programs for beneficiaries.
- Coordinating multi-stakeholder workshops on enterprise development.
- Conducting EAPs (Entrepreneurship Awareness Programs), EDPs (Entrepreneurship Development Programs), and mentorship sessions for emerging entrepreneurs.
- Offering continuous business support and mentorship for women micro-entrepreneurs.
- Conducting capacity needs assessments for institutional partners as needed.
- Developing IEC materials, demonstration tools, training modules, and capacity-building resources.
- Logging key performance indicators (KPIs) into the PFC platform for monitoring.
- Ensuring accurate, timely documentation and data flow through the PFC technology platform.
- Periodically reviewing and updating policies and SOPs with required documentation.
- Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports in prescribed formats.
- Preparing and submitting financial reports on income and expenditure.
- Maintaining and analyzing all MIS (Management Information System) data.
- Providing insights and analysis of project activities to the Director – SA and relevant teams as required.
- Upholding PFC's policies, SOPs, and protocols across all levels of the organization.
- Fostering collaborative communication with stakeholders.
- Ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Being open to frequent travel across India, including on short notice, based on project needs.
- Collaborating closely with the broader PFC team and external partners.
