Job Title:

Technical HCM Cloud Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical HCM Cloud Specialist to lead our implementation efforts for Oracle HCM Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Developing Reports using BI Publisher.
  • Performing data conversion using HDL.
  • Developing fast formulas.
  • Ensuring functional understanding of at least two HCM modules, including Core HR.
  • Understanding Redwood framework and Journey configuration.
  • Performing page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Migrating existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Developing integrations using REST APIs.

Requirements include preparing and submitting technical documentation, participating in requirement collection discussions with business stakeholders, managing integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, providing training and support to business users, and working closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
