Expert Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Sought

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the implementation of our clients' HCM solutions. As a highly skilled professional, you will provide product and implementation expertise, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure and test the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, leveraging extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Perform thorough system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, driving innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Mentor technical streams on integrations, conversions, and reports
  • Assist in resolving complex functional issues and problems
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of functional flows of HRMS Cycles and financial principles

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • Oracle certifications are highly valued
