Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our key software projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, delegating tasks and offering guidance for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks or issues promptly.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing objectives, timelines, resources, and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project needs.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in project management, consistently delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and aligning team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or similar.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

  • Prior experience as a software developer, preferably in Python, Java, or similar technologies, before transitioning into project management.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
