Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project lead to oversee various projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will drive project strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders.

Your expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring will be pivotal in mitigating risks and addressing challenges promptly.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in managing projects within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

As a project manager, you will engage with clients to gather requirements, set project scopes, develop timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

You will be expected to maintain high-quality standards while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions and define project scope and objectives ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to enhance process efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status.
  • Act as the point of contact for all project-related matters and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in a similar role with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in managing teams and building relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering projects on time.
