Senior Data Engineering Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineering Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of end-to-end data platforms, AI, BI, and analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for data ingestion, transformation, governance, AI/ML models, and analytics deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Capture and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, security, and compliance requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 13+ years of experience in IT with 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
  • Hands-on development experience in data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
  • Solid understanding of modern data architecture: data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, ETL/ELT, governance, and AI tooling.
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and DataOps/MLOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
