Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

As a key member of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of our hotels and resorts through innovative marketing and business development strategies.

About The Role:
  1. We are seeking an accomplished Director of Marketing who will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for our Hotels and Resorts.
  2. You will be responsible for managing all brand advertising and marketing creative as well as media buying.
  3. This includes maintaining and directing all third-party related agencies to meet our hotels and resorts' requirements.
  4. In addition, you will manage an effective e-communications and social media strategy to support our overall business objectives.
  5. You will identify potential sponsorship and promotional opportunities for each property and manage strategic business alliances and relationships.
  6. Furthermore, you will monitor industry trends and keep senior managers apprised of brand perceptions and any potential issues that may impact the business.
  7. You will also liaise and meet regularly with individual property General Managers and Department Heads to ensure all specific requirements for marketing-related work are managed effectively.
  8. Lastly, you will communicate clearly and efficiently with all levels and manage reports accordingly.

A strong leader who can articulate a vision and translate it into reality. A brand ambassador with exceptional leadership skills.
