ERP Finance Expert

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Finance Expert to join our team. As an ERP Finance Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and efficiency by leveraging the power of SAP Business One.

Main Responsibilities:
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
    • Oversight of end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
    • Configuration of modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) to align with business needs and support strategic objectives.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership
    • Bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
    • Translation of business requirements into functional specifications and oversight of their technical implementation to drive project success.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems to improve operational efficiency.
    • Implementing best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • System Integrations
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management) to expand capabilities.
  • Ownership & Mentorship
    • Leading small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Guiding and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices to foster growth and development.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation
    • Overseeing debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
    • Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users to ensure clarity and understanding.
