Job Description

The SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and enhancement of the SAP Plant Maintenance module to ensure seamless plant operations, equipment maintenance, and business process efficiency.

This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support SAP Plant Maintenance module implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Configure and customize Plant Maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • Manage master data configuration and maintenance planning.
  • Develop and manage maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and provide end-user training/documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of SAP PM experience in implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of PM processes: preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in master data configuration and maintenance planning.
  • Good understanding of integration with MM (materials), PP (production), and FI/CO (finance & controlling).
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
Desirable Skills
  • SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance.
  • Public and private cloud implementation experience.
  • Min 2 to 3 end-to-end S4HANA implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of Fiori apps for SAP PM.
  • Experience in EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) transformation projects.
  • Exposure to SAP PM mobility solutions.
