SAP Financial Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance Control Specialist to facilitate the implementation, conversion and support of SAP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Bank), Asset Accounting, SAP Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis), Funds Management, Cash Management, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.
- Implement and configure Fiori Apps for enhanced user experience.
- Develop strong cross-module integration knowledge, especially controlling functions.
- Provide detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and suggest system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Lead Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA implementations as an independent functional FICO specialist.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills to interact effectively internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of SAP FICO project experience, with at least 3 years of domain experience in Finance/Costing, preferably in Manufacturing Industry. A minimum SAP Certification in S/4HANA 1809 or higher versions in FI/CO modules is required. Additionally, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SAP FICO project experience.
- 3+ years of domain experience in Finance/Costing, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
