We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO expert to lead and support the implementation of financial processes in our organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SAP FICO consultant with 3-4 years of experience in implementing and configuring financial modules in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

You will be responsible for working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions, delivering end-to-end implementations, providing training and documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support SAP FICO module implementation and configuration activities.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Deliver one or more complete end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to users.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Mandatory: At least 1 end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of core FICO components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting.
  • Experience in working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance (Public Cloud edition) is a plus.
  • Experience with Fiori apps and Public Cloud restrictions/configurations.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
