Role Overview

A senior-level SAP B1 techno-functional specialist is required to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence in the field of ERP ecosystem optimization.

  • Implement and optimize SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements by configuring modules and customizing workflows to align with business needs.

Techno-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and translation of business requirements into functional specifications.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.

System Integrations

  • Integrate SAP B1 with external applications such as e-commerce, CRM, and warehouse management to ensure data consistency and optimal system performance.

Ownership & Mentorship

  • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks, and provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues and develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

  • BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges, and top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).

Experience

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles and a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports) and familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.

  • High ownership and hustle: proactive and accountable, with a 'get-it-done' mindset; problem-solving aptitude: able to analyze complex business challenges and architect efficient solutions; collaboration and communication: strong interpersonal skills to align multi-disciplinary teams and present insights effectively.
