Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our order fulfillment process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data exchange and processing for the order fulfillment process must be ensured.
  • Customer orders must be monitored and transmitted to the system and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders for IDOC processing and on-time conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders is crucial.
  • KPIs must be established and continuously monitored to strive for improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in Order Management is required.
  • A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Business Administration is necessary.
  • Prior working knowledge of SAP-MM and PP is an advantage.
