Our company is seeking an experienced Order Management Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and billing.

About the Role

This position involves collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order processing. You will also handle customer inquiries related to order status, billing, and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise during the ordering process.
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of sales orders, invoices, and payments to prevent errors.
  • Update customer information in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Support the billing process by generating invoices and resolving any billing issues that may occur.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the billing domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash cycle is essential.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (preferably) or equivalent qualification with a strong academic record.
Desirable Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
  • Strong client focus and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork are essential qualities for this position.
