Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer requests, providing information via email and phone, and ensuring prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries.

You will also be coordinating the processing of credits and product replacements with internal teams and vendors, as well as liaising with end clients, carriers, and vendors to address concerns and questions about order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and refunds.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests and provide information via email and phone
  • Coordinating the processing of credits and product replacements
  • Liaise with end clients, carriers, and vendors to address concerns and questions
  • Update ERP regarding customer details, order details, supplies, pricing etc.
  • Follow-up on pending items with logistics/supply chain team for order delivery status
  • Track end-to-end status of orders and share real-time updates with customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Order Management or Customer Relations
  • Industry Experience in Services or hi-tech industry
  • Process/Domain Experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash process, Sales Administration, Coordination with Logistics/Supply Chain teams, Dispute Management, Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support
  • Knowledge of Logistics & Returns, Allocations, Material management, Vendor and Carrier relationship management, Contract Management, Credit & Debit, Warehouse follow-up, Inbound & Outbound Accrual Freight Report, Consolidated reports for logistics

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Able to learn quickly
  • Diploma/Post Graduation in International Supply Chain Management/Sourcing Management
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage customers in significant discussions
  • Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP knowledge and experience would be an added advantage
