Order Management Professional

As a key member of our order management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer support and efficient order fulfillment. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via email or phone.

Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing billing and invoicing corrections, as well as returns and refunds. You will also coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient order processing.

Furthermore, you will update ERP systems with customer details, order information, and supply chain data. This requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team of FTEs and oversee their performance and development. You will conduct weekly coaching sessions and perform quarterly reviews to ensure that your team is working at its best.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Quoting, or Customer Relations. Industry experience in services or hi-tech sectors is also preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coaching skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. Knowledge of Oracle, ServiceNow, or SAP is also beneficial.
