Job Description

Our team seeks an experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee the entire order management lifecycle, ensuring seamless customer experiences and meeting key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, with expertise in order processing, shipping coordination, and returns management. They will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong ability to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and returns
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Manage returns process, including coordinating with vendors and warehouses
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

A diploma or post-graduation in International Supply Chain Management or Sourcing Management would be advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in coaching skills and high levels of confidentiality and professionalism are desired.
